Banana Butter Cake
What do we need:
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup mashed very ripe banana
1 egg
How do we do it:
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Stir in the mashed banana. Fold in the sifted flour mixture.
Pour batter into a greased and lined loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

DEI!!!!! Macam only ..... but this is homemade lah. Switzerland don't have pasar malam wan. One thing for sure is that this is far softer & more sedap than the pasar malam one.
